Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Blend for one minute on high 4 eggs.
Turn blender down and slowly add milk, flour, and vanilla.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Place a 8-9 inch cast iron pan in the oven until butter melted.
Once butter is melted grab the batter from the fridge, give it one more quick blend, and pour over melted butter.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until it’s puffy and starts to brown.
Top with powdered sugar. Put some of your favorite berries or syrup on top.So good!
