Dutch Baby

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup  flour
  • 1 cup  milk
  • 1/3 cup  butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp sugar  (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Blend for one minute on high 4 eggs.
  • Turn blender down and slowly add milk, flour, and vanilla.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Place a 8-9 inch cast iron pan in the oven until butter melted.
  • Once butter is melted grab the batter from the fridge, give it one more quick blend, and pour over melted butter.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, until it’s puffy and starts to brown.
  • Top with powdered sugar. Put some of your favorite berries or syrup on top.So good!
