Thin sliced beef (carne asada, sirloin tip or skirt steak)
Avocado
Tomatoes
Nacho Cheese
Shredded cheese
Taco seasoning
Flour and corn tortilla
Olive oil or tallow
Lemon juice
Green onion
Instructions
Take out your beef of choice to thaw
Season with your taco seasoning of choice and dice up
Add a little olive oil to pan and cook beef on medium until your heart desires, then set aside
In that same pan fry up a corn tortilla until golden and crunchy
Assemble your quesadilla, adding your tomatoes, avocado, cheese, lemon juice, and green onions on top of a flour tortilla
Add your crunch corn tortilla on tip of all that and then add more nacho cheese! The more the merrier!
Add another flour tortilla to the top of that and cook in the pan until golden!
Then serve and ENJOY!
Notes
Top tip: In order for all of your ingredients not to fall out of the quesadilla you bind it with cheese (no complaints here). If you want to turn this quesadilla into a crunch wrap just go with an extra large flour tortilla and fold the sides.
