Clean the seeds and veins out of the peppers, the more you clean the less hot they’ll be.
Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet or casserole pan.
Sautee sausage until almost done, toss in green onions to wilt.
Add cream cheese in small chunks until melted, thick, and creamy
Turn heat off, add 3/4 C of parmesan and just mix around til melted.
Let cool before stuffing into halved peppers
Sprinkle remaining parm on top.
Bake at 400 F til browned on top and peppers to desired texture. 20-45 minutes
