Uncooked ziti or penne pasta

Heavy whipping cream

Mozzarella cheese
shredded

cup
Parmesan cheese
finely grated

ricotta cheese
Instructions
In a large, oven-proof skillet (we like cast iron) add ground beef and onion. Cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add garlic, marinara, tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, water and pasta. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat, cover and cook until pasta is al-dente, 18-20 minutes.
Remove cover. Stir in cream and parmesan cheese. Dot with ricotta cheese. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Place in a 400 degree oven uncovered, 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
