Ingredients

Felton Angus Beef ground beef

clove
Garlic, minced
1
tbsp
Sesame oil

tbsp
Honey
1/4
cup
Soy sauce or coconut aminos

tsp
Ground ginger or fresh ginger
minced

Red pepper flakes
1/2

Salt

Optional: Siracha to taste
Garnish: sliced green onions & sweet sliced peppers
Serve over rice, noodles or in lettuce cups
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil. Brown ground beef. Drain excess fat.
Reduce heat, add garlic and ginger.
Add honey, soy sauce/coconut aminos, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
If you like things on the spicy side, add sriracha to taste.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sweet sliced peppers.
