
Quesadilla Crunch

Ingredients
- Thin sliced beef (carne asada, sirloin tip or skirt steak)
- Avocado
- Tomatoes
- Nacho Cheese
- Shredded cheese
- Taco seasoning
- Flour and corn tortilla
- Olive oil or tallow
- Lemon juice
- Green onion
Instructions
- Take out your beef of choice to thaw
- Season with your taco seasoning of choice and dice up
- Add a little olive oil to pan and cook beef on medium until your heart desires, then set aside
- In that same pan fry up a corn tortilla until golden and crunchy
- Assemble your quesadilla, adding your tomatoes, avocado, cheese, lemon juice, and green onions on top of a flour tortilla
- Add your crunch corn tortilla on tip of all that and then add more nacho cheese! The more the merrier!
- Add another flour tortilla to the top of that and cook in the pan until golden!
- Then serve and ENJOY!
Notes
Top tip: In order for all of your ingredients not to fall out of the quesadilla you bind it with cheese (no complaints here). If you want to turn this quesadilla into a crunch wrap just go with an extra large flour tortilla and fold the sides.
