Main Course
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 28 minutes
Servings 2

Ingredients

  • Thin sliced beef (carne asada, sirloin tip or skirt steak)
  • Avocado
  • Tomatoes
  • Nacho Cheese
  • Shredded cheese
  • Taco seasoning
  • Flour and corn tortilla
  • Olive oil or tallow
  • Lemon juice
  • Green onion

Instructions

  • Take out your beef of choice to thaw
  • Season with your taco seasoning of choice and dice up
  • Add a little olive oil to pan and cook beef on medium until your heart desires, then set aside
  • In that same pan fry up a corn tortilla until golden and crunchy
  • Assemble your quesadilla, adding your tomatoes, avocado, cheese, lemon juice, and green onions on top of a flour tortilla
  • Add your crunch corn tortilla on tip of all that and then add more nacho cheese! The more the merrier!
  • Add another flour tortilla to the top of that and cook in the pan until golden!
  • Then serve and ENJOY!

Notes

Top tip: In order for all of your ingredients not to fall out of the quesadilla you bind it with cheese (no complaints here). If you want to turn this quesadilla into a crunch wrap just go with an extra large flour tortilla and fold the sides.
