
Korean Beef

Ingredients
- 1 pound Felton Angus Beef ground beef
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp Ground ginger or fresh ginger minced
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Optional: Siracha to taste
- Garnish: sliced green onions & sweet sliced peppers
- Serve over rice, noodles or in lettuce cups
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil. Brown ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Reduce heat, add garlic and ginger.
- Add honey, soy sauce/coconut aminos, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- If you like things on the spicy side, add sriracha to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sweet sliced peppers.
