Ingredients

  • 1 pound Felton Angus Beef ground beef
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger or fresh ginger minced
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Optional: Siracha to taste
  • Garnish: sliced green onions & sweet sliced peppers
  • Serve over rice, noodles or in lettuce cups

  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil. Brown ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  • Reduce heat, add garlic and ginger.
  • Add honey, soy sauce/coconut aminos, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper.
  • Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • If you like things on the spicy side, add sriracha to taste.
  • Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sweet sliced peppers.
