Place your beef in the freezer for about 20 mins before slicing to make a thinner cut easier.
Heat a cast iron pan on medium high with a few tablespoons of coconut oil.
While the pan heats, slice your beef into thin strips against the grain.
Season your beef with salt and pepper on both sides. Then, toss into a large ziplock bag and pour the 1/2 cup of cornstarch in and shake it until the beef is fully coated.
Start a pot of water to boil for your frozen broccoli. Once boiling, dump the bag of veggies in and boil for 5 minutes.
Strain the broccoli and sauteé in the cast iron until browned slightly and season with salt and pepper. Add in chopped green onions as well. Set cooked broccoli aside.
Add a little more coconut oil into the cast iron pan and fry the beef in small batches and set aside on a paper towel. Cook all of your beef and set aside.
Next, mix up your ingredients for the sauce in a large bowl.
Add the cooked beef to the sauce and coat the meat.
Dump the saucey meat back into the cast iron along with the cooked broccoli, turn the heat down to low and allow the ingredients to thicken up together.
Serve with white rice and garnish with sesame seeds!
