
Dutch Baby
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Blend for one minute on high 4 eggs.
- Turn blender down and slowly add milk, flour, and vanilla.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Place a 8-9 inch cast iron pan in the oven until butter melted.
- Once butter is melted grab the batter from the fridge, give it one more quick blend, and pour over melted butter.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until it’s puffy and starts to brown.
- Top with powdered sugar. Put some of your favorite berries or syrup on top.So good!
